Weight loss and fat

Fat reserves can easily get rid of - lacking insulin. This is achieved very simply by lowering the intake of carbohydrates in the diet.

There is no need to fret or restrict any diet . Reduction of body fatExcess fat deposits are formed when you have too much dietary carbohydrates (ie, sugars and starches). If the total amount of carbohydrates eaten during the day exceeds a threshold (approx.) 150 g, the human body reacts to the excess secretion of excessive amounts of insulin. In our traditional "Western" diet, which is full of sugars and starch Neolithic foods , is common during the day and consume 300 or 400 grams of carbohydrates.

Any excess carbohydrates, which the body can not be used as an immediate source of energy (ie the vast majority), is converted by the liver into triglycerides (storage form of fat in the body) and glycogen (storage form of starch). Insulin called. "Storage" hormone, in response to excess consumption of carbohydrates excreted in excessive amounts in blood and subsequently indicates all cells in the body: to store the most glycogen and triglycerides (ie that "priberali '), to not let go of triglycerides (ie that "nechudli ').

When consuming high amounts of carbohydrates along with fats are stored in your tissues not only "carbohydrate" triglycerides, but also all other fats consumed. In this way arose the mistaken impression that the "fat is getting fat." So this is not true - the fat is getting fat, only if they are accompanied by a diet of carbohydrates and excessive blood insulin.
