4. Eat whole foods - eat whole foods as natural as possible. When you eat whole foods that are full of nutrients your body will know how much to eat and how much not to eat. You do not have to count calories because your body is a wonderful machine.

5. nothing bad to say big snack ¨ C not go for unhealthy snacks. raw fruits and vegetables as healthy snacks you can follow. You should carry healthy snacks with you so whenever you feel hungry, you can use them.

6. always chew your food - always chew your food properly. Chewing your food well will ensure that the most nutrients out of your diet. Getting the most nutrients will satisfy your body therefore you will eat less. Another benefit of chewing well is that it helps to aid in digestion as said by kyle leon.
